It is your responsibility as a customer to ascertain EXACTLY what cartridge & accessories your firearm uses. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the firearm in which you’ll use these cartridges or accessories is suitable and safe.
Shipping
We ship only to addresses within the USA, no international shipments.
We try to ship packages within 1-3 business days (Note that Saturday, Sunday, federal, and state holidays are not included in business days). COVID-19 has increased this packaging and shipping time dramatically.
Please keep in mind that we usually ship out orders within 1-3 business days, but it is up to the shipping company to scan the package for the updated tracking.
Transit Time
Transit times are generally 1-7 business days depending on the shipping distance from our North Dakota warehouse. Generally, USPS takes 3-5 business days from North Dakota to anywhere in the US, and FedEx could take 1-5 business days since it is traveling by ground depending on where you live in the US. Due to COVID, these transit times may have changed and increased depending on where you are getting your order shipped to.
Tracking Number
Upon completion of your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation stating that your order has been placed.
You will also receive an email whether it is FedEx, UPS or USPS that you use to ship your packages.
Your tracking number may not work, however, until FedEx, UPS or USPS scans your product into their system, but don’t worry… simply check again a little later and the carrier will update the shipping status.
Magazine Restrictions
Please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering magazines. Any orders placed for magazines that are not legal in your state will immediately be refunded and restocked and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover sales and credit credit card fees.
California: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CA except to law enforcement or customers with high capacity magazine permit.
Chicago and other counties within IL: No magazines over the below capacities will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in the following areas.
- Aurora, Illinois: maximum capacity of 15 rounds
- Cook County, Illinois: maximum capacity of 10 rounds
- Chicago, Illinois: maximum capacity of 10 rounds
Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CO.
Connecticut: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CT.
District of Columbia: No magazines over 10 rounds capacity will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in DC.
Hawaii: No magazines over 10 rounds that are compatible with any pistol (to include magazines compatible with both a pistol and rifle) will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in HI.
Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MD.
Massachusetts: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MA.
New Jersey: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NJ.
New York: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NY.
Vermont: No magazines over 10 rounds for Rifles and over 15 rounds for Pistols will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in VT.
Military APO/FPO: Due to shipping restrictions, Maplewood Industries is not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you would like to receive our products we can ship to a stateside military base (or other address) that is not an APO/FPO address.

Returns
Due to the unique nature of the product we sell, we only accept returns within 30 days of your order date. Maplewood Industries does NOT accept returns on ammunition due to safety considerations and US DOT regulations.
If you want a return, please request a Return Authorization Form which will be emailed to you. After we receive the return form with products, we will respond promptly to let you know if your request has been approved (10-14 days from shipment to Returns Department). If approved, the card will be refunded within 1 – 7 days.
Note the following:
- Refund requests for kits or ammunition will be rejected.
- Initial Shipping costs will be refunded, if the item is not as described or defective.
- Items must be in new condition, with all packaging in original condition and be accompanied by original receipt and return form
- Returned items must be properly packaged, refund will not be issued for damaged items due to poor packaging.
- The order cannot be voided or canceled once the order has been shipped.
- We reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking fee for items ordered in error.
- If you receive the wrong item in the order, we offer return labels so you can return the item at our expense.
- If the item you received is defective, please ship the item back to us, and upon inspection, if the item is indeed defective we will refund you for the item or exchange you for them if requested if the item is available, in addition to refunding the shipping method you used to ship the defective product to us.
There will be no refund issued for any returns that are received at our warehouse without a Return Authorization Form on file or for any returns that are received at our warehouse.
If you feel like you should be able to return your product for a reason other than it being damaged or defective product, you are welcome to fill out a Return Authorization Form and your Return Request will be considered.

To Purchase Ammunition Online
Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition. Maplewood Industries does NOT accept returns on ammunition due to safety considerations and US DOT regulations.

- Ammunition shipped by air requires Hazardous Material (HazMat) classification and additional fees will apply.
- Ammunition shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be by air.
